If you have decided that you would like to start the process of making River Walk your home, please start by reading the Applicant Criteria. If you qualify, you then have two options on how to take the next step:

Option 1: You can download a PDF application here , fill it out and fax it to us at 336-272-6609, and pay the required security deposit of $200 and application fee of $50 by credit card here. Note that if you will have a co-signer on your lease, you will need to also complete the Co-signer Application and Co-signer Form.

Option 2: You can download a PDF application here , fill it out and mail it along with a check for the $200 security deposit and $50 application fee to the address below. Note that if you will have a co-signer on your lease, you will need to also complete the Co-signer Application and Co-signer Form.
